Tobamel
This tobacco is very sweet and can easily be smoked in a hookah. Tobamel will contain tobacco and is legal in North America and Europe. The name is derived from words in the Latin language which is a combination of “honey” and “tobacco” to create the name Tobamel.
Ma’sal
This is an Arabic term for “honeyed” and is also marketed as “shisha tobacco” as it’s primarily used when smoking from a hookah. This product is self labeled just like the producers of Nakhla Tobacco’s products.
Tumbak
This hookah tobacco originates from Turkey and isn’t really flavored or sweetened. This is just basic hookah tobacco.
Jurak

There are many manufactures of hookah tobacco but in certain countries you will probably be open to more which fit your culture than others. Hookah tobacco will appear to be damp and sticky due to the fact that it may contain honey or a different type of sweetener.
