In the past hookah bars were never popular in North America and even so to an extent in Europe and some other places across the world. At first hookah bars were only open in countries with cultural ties to hookahs like India.

However interest has grown in hookahs and now they are open all across the world. You can find hookah bars in larger metropolitan cities all across the world. The only cities that you might not find hookah bars in are those with smoking laws that don’t allow smoking inside public places.

How to Find a Hookah Bar

Finding a hookah bar may be easy if you’re in a large city. If you are in a large city then the first thing you could do is look online by searching for hookah bars in “your city”. You may also be able to find hookah bar listings in your local phone book but the place may not be an establishment which primarily focuses in hookahs.

Where Hookah Bars are Located

As previously mentioned hookah bars used to just be located in cities with cultural ties to using hookahs but now they are everywhere. Hookah bars are most common in cities near college campuses and in urban areas.

There are also many hookah shops or head shops open in larger cities which sell smoking supplies. You can probably find a store which sells hookahs and shisha tobacco in your city. There are also some head shops located near college campuses as well since most customers are younger adults.
